Travel Resources:
Insurance
SafetyWing has a combination of health and travel insurance. I use it as extra protection, in addition to my home insurance when I deem necessary.
Tours & Attractions
Purchase ticket and tours beforehand to save time. Sometimes there are better deals on these sites. More coverage on Europe for GetYourGuide.
The other platform for checking travel tours and attraction tickets. Klook has more international and Asia coverage.
Viator is the more common choice for North America and the USA to reserve tickets and tours.
eSIM
Provides eSIM for over 200 countries. You can conveniently purchase online anytime, anywhere.
Accommodations
This is my typical go-to platform to find private accommodation options like private rooms or apartments. Wide international coverage.
For all sorts of accommodation options from B&Bs, hostels to hotels. Customer service is also great for Genius customers.
Similar to Booking.com, in fact they are owned by the same group now. Good for finding all sorts of accommodations.
Instead of finding coliving accommodations one by one, this is a good collated search platform for coliving spaces.
Finances
Wise is good not just for personal usage but also for business. You can get open foregin bank accounts and also have a multi currency e-wallet. Exchange rate is good and you might be able to get a card depending on your country.
Revolut has a multi currency e-wallet and card for spending. Exchange rate is good and you get a limited amount of free ATM withdrawals depending on your tier.
